Beyonce’s Vegan Diet Plan Announced

It is important to keep in mind, though, that the chance of gaining the weight back is always there if you follow the 22-day diet plan and then revert back to your original ways of eating.

Beyonce announced on Good Morning America that she is starting a new delivery service for Vegan meals. Everyone knows that Beyonce has a “curvalicious” body and great legs, but after following a 22-day diet plan, she seems to looks even skinnier and sexier than ever. She credits her personal trainer Marco Borges for her new desirable look and together they have created a delivery service for those who want to try it themselves.

Beyonce’s Vegan diet delivery service allows you to pick out which meal you want delivered, anywhere from one to three meals for each day of the week. You can then pick out how many meals you want delivered, from a couple days worth of food to the full 22 days worth of food. It’s entirely up to you. Once you have picked out your meals, they will be delivered to you for the 22-day time period.

Beyonce’s Vegan diet is likely to be a hit just based on the star’s status among fans.

She stated that her personal trainer, Marco Borges, is the most energetic person she knows because of his decisions to live a healthy lifestyle. Beyonce’s Vegan diet plan goes for 22 days because of statements going around that say it takes only 21 days to create or break a habit. The idea is that eating 22 days of Vegan-based food, the person doing the eating will be in the habit and continue to eat a Vegan diet, thereby increasing their chances of completely changing their diet and losing weight.

It is important to keep in mind, though, that the chance of gaining the weight back is always there if you follow the 22-day diet plan and then revert back to your original ways of eating. But hey, Beyonce says, “All you have to do is try.”
